Persimon® kaki tartare


  • 2 Persimon® kakis
  • 1 onion stem, sliced
  • 1 peeled green pepper
  • Chive, coriander, fennel, shallot, red onion
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped radish
  • Salt and pepper
  • Asian green pepper (optional)


Cut the kakis into small cubes, and all the vegetables as well, add the onion stem slices and the radish into a salad bowl, and drizzle with olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.

Mix everything well, and place, for example, on china spoons.

You can vary this recipe by adding Asian green pepper, cut into tacos and mixed with the ingredients.
