Persimon® kaki toast with sobrassada

Ingredients
3 Persimon® kakis
300 g sobrassada
6 toasted country bread slices
Salt and pepper
Spanish olive oil, Arbequina variety
Preparation:
Rub the toasted bread with ripe Persimon® kakis.
Spread a generous layer of sobrassada over the toast and add thin slices of Persimon® kakis on top.
Season with salt and pepper, and a dash of Arbequina olive oil.

Curiosities:

Sobrassada (“soubressade” in French) is a delicatessen sausage mix from the Balearic Islands made in sausage shape. It contains pork products and a spicy and sweet dressing.
