Persimon® kaki toast with sobrassada


  • 3 Persimon® kakis
  • 300 g sobrassada
  • 6 toasted country bread slices
  • Salt and pepper
  • Spanish olive oil, Arbequina variety


Rub the toasted bread with ripe Persimon® kakis.

Spread a generous layer of sobrassada over the toast and add thin slices of Persimon® kakis on top.

Season with salt and pepper, and a dash of Arbequina olive oil.
