Este contenido en sal, hace referencia al sodio presente de manera natural en la fruta.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, no debe alarmar la presencia de az\u00facares en el cuadro. El valor que se indica hace referencia a los az\u00facares intr\u00ednsecos de la fruta, es decir, a los az\u00facares que se encuentran de manera natural en ella. Contrariamente a lo que se suele pensar, <strong>este tipo de az\u00facares no suponen un riesgo para la salud<\/strong>. Se trata de una fruta con mucho sabor a la vez que sencilla y pr\u00e1ctica de tomar, ideal para cualquier momento del d\u00eda; meriendas, desayunos o postres.\u00a0 Alternar cuando tomamos u ofrecemos la fruta puede resultar muy interesante para evitar aburrirnos de ella, especialmente en los ni\u00f1os. Por eso, podemos ir aprovechando la diferente oferta en funci\u00f3n de la temporada.<\/p>\n<p>Es una fruta que <strong>presenta un contenido m\u00ednimo en grasas y sodio<\/strong> (s\u00f3lo el presente de manera natural) y, adem\u00e1s, proporciona fibra. El aporte de fibra mediante la alimentaci\u00f3n es necesario para garantizar una buena salud gastrointestinal junto con la <strong>prevenci\u00f3n del estre\u00f1imiento<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n <strong>ayuda a controlar los niveles de glucosa tras la ingesta<\/strong>, un efecto beneficioso para toda la poblaci\u00f3n pero que cobra mayor importancia en patolog\u00edas como la diabetes o enfermedades cardiovasculares.
